Lama Lena will teach at the beautiful center De Groene Hemel (previously known as Nemoland) which is situated in the Westerpark. She will start teaching on The Dzogchen Prayer of Kuntuzangpo.
The Dzogchen Prayer of Kuntuzangpo Lama Lena will teach on "The Prayer of Kuntuzangpo". This is an extraordinarily special Dzogchen text that clearly explains how to restrengthen our beneficial qualities of love, compassion, and wisdom, and how to see everything as the display of the original nature. This is the essence of the teaching of the Buddha, which was repeated by Guru Padmasambhava and continually carried by so many great practitioners. For centuries the voices of the hermitage yogis and yoginis reciting this prayer have echoed throughout the valleys and mountains of Tibet and the Himalayas. For generations, it has been used by all Nyingma practitioners.
